Dear colleagues and friends of National Federations,
Together with the UIPM President, Dr. Klaus Schormann, and the project staff team, we would like to inform you a very good news that we have just received from GAISF on Friday evening.
After the application process, it is confirmed that the UIPM Laser Run is accepted to be included in the first edition of World Urban Games, it was very strong competition among other sports who are also applying…
The exact laser run competition format, number of qualified athletes per gender worldwide, and number of medals will be confirmed at later stage with all details, accordingly, UIPM will also need to create qualification system for the laser run for the World Urban Games, it will be related to current laser run world ranking, which is generated by the Laser Run WCH, Global Laser Run City Tours, continental Laser run championships, etc.
Therefore, we strongly urge all of our NFs to join in UIPM laser run program at national level from now on if you haven’t started yet, and use the laser run as the important tool to recruit pentathletes as well as to create competitive laser run individual athletes.
